Handling Time
We do our utmost to send all parts within 10 working days of your purchase, although at Christmas this may stretch beyond 10 days depending on which day the 25th and 1st Jan fall - as we try to give our staff 2 weeks off over this period if possible.

Cost
All fridgeparts.com orders come with free shipping across Australia!

Obviously, it does cost us money to send the parts to you, but this is built in to the price of the item. 

If it's a very small part, it can be as little as $3.00 with Australia Post letter. A small part can be around $15 with Australia Post or a courier. 

At the other end of the scale, large boxes of multiple parts / crispers or doors can cost anywhere up to and over $100 to send.

For international shipping, the price is calculated by weight at checkout. Sometimes this price you pay is less than the best price we can find so we will contact you if there is a shortfall. If you believe the price quoted is too high, please use our chat function to contact us.
